Selection by Query in Spatial Manager allows you to select objects in the drawing or map according to data values in the data tables. Not only can these queries be as simple or as complex as the user desires, but they are also applicable to the currently selected objects. Therefore, the combination of this command with selection functions of the CAD application (AutoCAD, BricsCAD, ZWCAD or GstarCAD), such as Quick Select or Filter, enables very advanced selection options

In the example that you can review in the videos above, Parcels whose area does not exceed 40,000 units are selected by Qselect (2 operations). Subsequently, a Selection by Query is applied on the already selected objects to locate those parcels in a given street of the municipality

The final goal of this powerful and complex selection is, in this example, to export the finally selected Parcels to Google Earth, which is done using the simple “Publish to Google Earth” tool of Spatial Manager
